Parking Information
Complimentary parking is available for all attendees. Parking spots are reserved in the Campus Green Parking Garage. Motiv team members will be stationed at the garage to help guide attendees to and from the North Lounge. You will receive a parking voucher after checking-in.

Sport Administration Professor & Coordinator
David Kelley PhD, CMAA
Dr. David J. Kelley is a Professor in the Sport Administration Program at the University of Cincinnati and Coordinator for the Online Master’s Degree in Sport Administration. A Certified Master Athletic Administrator, he specializes in preparing athletic administrators through coursework and mentorship that emphasizes program leadership, policy, and student-athlete welfare, equipping professionals to manage effective, student-centered athletic programs.

Director of Athletics at Indian Hill High School
Brian Phelps, CMAA
Brian Phelps is the Director of Athletics at Indian Hill Exempted Village School District. A Certified Master Athletic Administrator, he oversees athletic programs, staff development, and facility management while ensuring student-athlete growth and success. Brian focuses on building well-organized and academically balanced athletic environments, supporting coaches and administrators to lead programs that foster leadership, teamwork, and resilience.

Director of Athlete Influence at University of Cincinnati
Eddie Taylor
Eddie Taylor was appointed as the athletics department's Assistant Director of NIL in Summer 2023 following a year as the NIL and compliance coordinator. He was promoted to Director in Summer 2024, in large part for UC earning the Best Institutional NIL Program honor at the third-annual NIL Summit in Atlanta. Taylor also previously secured a place on Team USA's powerlifting team, and in 2019 he performed overseas and earned a silver medal while still an undergrad student.

Varsity Soccer Head Coach
Gage Woolley
Gage Woolley is the Head Coach of the Varsity Boys Soccer program at Clark Montessori High School. With a strong emphasis on player development and teamwork, he creates structured programs that focus on skill growth, strategy, and character building. Hosting weekly team dinners and providing his athletes a place to build lasting relationships, Gage works closely with parents and student-athletes on the team to foster leadership, resilience, and accountability both on and off the field.

Varsity Football Head Coach
John Rodenberg
John Rodenberg is the Head Football Coach at Indian Hill High School. With over 30 years of coaching experience, John has led high school football teams to four state championships across three states — including back-to-back Ohio Division I titles at Archbishop Moeller High School and a 2020 Indiana state title at Roncalli High School. He’s known for building high-character programs and developing athletes who go on to succeed at the college and professional levels.
