Motiv is registered with the state of Ohio as a third-party technology vendor and has a signed National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) through the Student Data Privacy Consortium.(https://privacy.a4l.org/national-dpa/) This agreement is effective in MASSACHUSETTS, MAINE, ILLINOIS, IOWA, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, OHIO, RHODE ISLAND, TENNESSEE, VERMONT, VIRGINIA, AND WASHINGTON, meaning any school district in these states is automatically able to use Motiv while being compliant.
